First off weres a good place to run into a SHITLOAD of high level oni so I can slaughter them and second were do you get the dolyak signet in prophicies. About the Oni again though like it be nice to get directions not just a location like start at a town tell me which exit and then w/e the place is called were im to be looking and I should beable to find it myself from there...Any further details would be MOST appreciated thank you!

Oni - Can try the Deep (Sorry I don't know where else)

Dolyaks:

Marna (Ice Tooth Cave)
Firstwatch Sergio (Lion's Arch)
Dakk (Ember Light Camp)

AFAIK, there are several Oni spawn points in Rhea's Crater.

I suppose that the left branch of Arborstone fits the description too, but that's not exactly farmable.

Oni can pretty much be found in any explorable starting from House Zu Heltzer and on. They usually spawn by chests to catch you off guard or in areas where there are no other monsters close by.

rheas crater there is a place central northern i have heard where about 12 or more spawn and it is possible to get a green drop. they just keep on coming. gud luck =D
